We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of our office and assist in various administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment, managing supplies and ensuring all equipment is operational.
Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Customer Support: Assist in managing customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and assist in order processing.
Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, facilitating interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
